Question 1

What exactly do you access in my mailbox, and what do you not?

Accepted Answer

Forwarding an email is enough on its own — nothing else is touched. If you connect a mailbox, Logispot reads the replies to your own requests only: agent rates and client answers. It stops reading the moment a request becomes an order, so the correspondence that follows a booking is never scanned.

Question 2

Where is the data stored?

Accepted Answer

On AWS. You can export everything at any time and ask for full deletion. Your data is never used to train models.

Question 3

What happens to my clients' data?

Accepted Answer

It stays yours. Personal data recognition can be switched off in settings — then Logispot reads only services, dimensions and routes. When an employee is deactivated, their access and forwarding address stop the same second, while their requests, rates and correspondence stay with the company.

Question 4

Which languages does the recognition handle?

Accepted Answer

The ones your agents actually write in — including Chinese, Turkish, Arabic, Serbian, Russian and the European languages. It reads text, pdf, docx and xlsx attachments, and photographs or screenshots of documents.
